Making Chalk Dust

Navelle and her new friend, Sophie, who recently moved in up the street, started a new project that they call "making chalk dust."  They take sidewalk chalk, grind it down on the concrete, then mix it into water to make colored potions. It's amazing how many times one needs to experience firsthand that mixing many colors makes brown.  Arthur enthusiastically joined in the fun.
