We went to the coast this weekend to be with our friends, Cindy and Bob, and to celebrate Cindy's 70th birthday! Cindy's birthday project was to sort through the hundreds of dollars of found coins she has found over the past 30 years. Cindy told us some of the stories around finding particular coins and we speculated about what the bank employee would say when she walked in with buckets of pennies to exchange for dollars. Later, we went to the beach to spend some time playing in the sand and sun and sea air. All in all, a very fabulous weekend!
