Oceanside

We visited with friends, Mark and Frances, at a rental house in Oceanside, along the coast.  We spent a lot of time playing on the beach. It was a perfect way to decompress. The adults had as much fun playing in the sand as the kids did. We dug big holes and watch them fill in with water and collapse, we built sand-brick walls for smashing, we made a sand ice cream shop, we wrote letters and words in the sand. On the last morning, we caught a low tide and found some neat tide pools and critters.
