Arthur 17 Months

Arthur, at seventeen months, is a happy, strong, energetic, busy boy.  He's in a constant state of productivity.  His favorite activity remains opening and closing doors. Now he's perfected the knock at the door, saying "bye!" before he closes a door behind him, and saying "oooh!" when he opens up a door.   He also likes to put objects into things. We find toys in the pots and pans, our toothbrushes in the bathtub (but not the toilet, yet, thank heavens), socks in the cabinets.  Arthur also engages in stacking (blocks, banana slices) and putting together legos. He's mastered the clips on the high chair. He seems to enjoy working with his hands.
