The Calapooia River

We spent the afternoon with dear friends on the lovely Calapooia River. It was a perfect place to be on a hot, sunny, summer day.

Arthur loves the water. He and Gabe spent a lot of time swimming and splashing.

Navelle preferred to stay on the river's edge, playing and watching.

Friends! Tracy, Molly, Jon! with Navelle, Arthur, Gabe. The nets made it easy to catch fish and crayfish.

Arthur crawled over the rocks and loved exploring.

The kids made pirate ships and drew on their own flags.
