Teddy is losing his stuffing. He's getting frayed and little holes are appearing around his arm and leg connections. Part of Teddy is filled with brown lentils, so we can always see where Teddy has been by tracking the trail of lentils through the house. The lentil trail starts in Navelle's bedroom, sprinkles down the stairs, and concentrates in the play area. Larger deposits are left on the couch from his jumping on the cushions. We did our best to patch Teddy. It required open back surgery. We pulled out the stuffing, lined his belly with old sheet material, refilled him with the stuffing, and sewed him back again. That was a week ago. Today we found more lentils. He's fraying at the junction of the patch and the non-patch. Uh oh, Teddy. We need an amazing craft person to the rescue.
